The Freelance Hub provides businesses and remote professionals with a conference room, shared or private work space and amenities. 

The Space

Located in the historic downtown Chelsea, this second floor suite offers a conference table and chairs to comfortably fit 8, two work-space stations, and a comfortable lounge area. Whatever your needs are, from client meetings or a place to focus and escape the distractions of working at home or in the nearby coffee shop, The Freelance Hub is sure to accommodate.

Space can be booked on a hourly or full-day basis.

  • Lounge Area

  • Two desks/work space 

  • Coffee/tea/water

  • Printer/copier (up to 10 black and white copies/prints)

  • Projector and screen

  • Office supplies

The Cost

Entire Space (including conference table, two work stations and lounge area)

 $50 per day / $25 per half-day

Please include the date and times you are looking to reserve, along with if the request is for the entire conference room or for shared space. A confirmation email will be sent back along with an invoice for payment. 

  • Space is reserved on a first come first served basis.

  • Cancellations must be made within 24 hours. Any cancellation with less than a 24 hour notice, or any no shows, are not subject to a refund. However, the reservation can be transferred to another day.
