Doris Friedrich Galvin has experience in diverse roles as an independent consultant for mature and start-up organizations and engagement with a variety of non-profit boards, including Foote Hospital (Allegiance Health) Jackson, Michigan, Lake Superior State University, Chelsea Center for the Arts, Jackson United Way, Chelsea Chamber of Commerce and Faith in Action.
She has extensive experience in the energy industry in domestic and international markets. Her approach is diligent and collaborative with developing growth and operational strategies and customer relationship management programs. She has a strong customer orientation, organizational and analytical skills, and mindful of culture. Several international investments received honors for innovative financing during her tenure as SVP Global Development and Corporate Treasurer at CMS / Consumers Energy. While at WorleyParsons, an international engineering consultancy, she held various executive roles in the Power Sector, including Strategy; Energy Advisory and Customer Relationships
She has created or influenced strategy, business planning, fundraising and donor development. She is passionate about the health and sustainability of the Chelsea Community and has nurtured a wide and diverse network of business owners and friends. Doris lives in Chelsea, on a small horse farm where she restyles furniture and designs and plants gardens.

Bridget Favre integrates a business background with an artistic education, giving her the ability to think outside the box while remaining attentive to the bottom line. Applying her experience in branding and public relations, she has proven success in helping small businesses and non-profit organizations grow. Her expertise in online marketing as well as traditional advertising helps her develop thoughtful marketing plans, bespoke for each campaign goal. She is accustomed to a fast-paced environment where deadlines are a priority and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is essential.
Bridget truly believes that it is important to be involved in the community and to use your talents to help others. She offers services to many Chelsea non-profits including Chelsea Area Festival & Events, Chelsea Area Chamber of Commerce and chelseamich.com, Chelsea Area Players, American Legion Post 31 and many local churches.
Though she has lived many places, she calls Chelsea home and lives near North Lake with her husband Mike, three young children, and their dog and kitten.
